Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are in place to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Kirschon

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture pieces.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
